Beeline informs that despite the increase of the fee for using the subscriber number from 2000 to 2750 soums since July 1, 2017, the subscription fee for the company's customers will remain at the same level.
General director of “Unitel” LLC Dmitry Shukov said commenting on the event: "This is the second increase in this year, but nevertheless, we do not plan to shift this burden over the subscribers. We already have mass-media and users of social networks asking questions about if this event will not affect our tariffs. I would like to reassure customers: despite the fact that only for Beeline additional expenses for the second half of the year are expressed in tens of billions of soums and it does not mean that the subscription fee will automatically be increased from July-1".
And also we would like to recall that the fee for a subscriber number was introduced from January 1, 2012. Initial amount of subscriber number was 400 soums per month. Mobile operators paid 1,500 soums for the subscriber number in 2016. Thus, the growth of payment year over year was over 83%.
